Thank you for shopping with My Aura Gemstones. We take great care in packaging and shipping every piece of gemstone jewelry, crystal gift, Feng Shui décor item, Ammolite jewelry piece, meteorite jewelry item, and collectible mineral from our collection.
Our goal is to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.
Order Processing Time
All orders are carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared before shipment.
Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
- Custom orders may require additional processing time
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
Customers will receive an email confirmation once their order has shipped.
Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted shipping carriers.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (when available): 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, weather events, or carrier delays.
International Shipping
My Aura Gemstones proudly serves crystal lovers and gemstone collectors worldwide.
Estimated International Delivery Times
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 10–21 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–21 business days
- Other International Destinations: 10–30 business days
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or fees required by their country.
Tracking Information
All eligible shipments include tracking.
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- Shipping confirmation email
- Tracking number
- Carrier information
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Packaging & Care
Every order is packaged with care to help protect delicate crystals, gemstones, and jewelry during transit.
We take pride in ensuring that:

- Feng Shui décor items are packed safely for transport
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
If your package appears delayed:
- Check the tracking information provided.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly for updates.
- Contact us if you need additional assistance.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
- Checking around your property and mailbox area.
- Asking household members, neighbors, or building management if they accepted the package on your behalf.
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly to request GPS delivery confirmation or additional delivery details.
Please note that My Aura Gemstones is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. In such cases, customers must work directly with the carrier to investigate the delivery.
If the carrier confirms that the package may have been misdelivered, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with the investigation.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- Delays may occur
- Additional shipping charges may apply
- We cannot guarantee successful delivery

Damaged Items During Shipping
We take great care in packaging all gemstone jewelry, crystal gifts, Feng Shui décor, and collectible items to help ensure they arrive safely.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photographs of the item
- Photographs of the shipping box and packaging materials
Please note that once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, My Aura Gemstones cannot control how it is handled during transit. Damage caused by shipping carriers is outside of our control.
While we are not responsible for carrier-related damage, we may be able to assist customers by providing documentation needed to file a claim with the shipping carrier when applicable.
Claims submitted without photographs of the item and packaging may not be eligible for review.
Custom Orders
Custom jewelry and personalized creations may require additional production time before shipment.
Estimated completion times will be communicated during the design process.
