Returns Policy

At My Aura Gemstones, each piece is crafted and shipped with care. We accept returns only for defective items, unless special approval is granted by the shop.
Return Eligibility:


•     Returns are accepted only for defective products, or with special approval from the shop.
•     Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to report any issues.
•     Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Buyer Responsibility:
•     Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
•     If the item is not returned in its original condition, the seller may deduct the refund amount based on the loss in value caused by changes to the item’s condition.

If you have a reason for return other than a defect, please contact the shop directly. We review these requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer special approval depending on the circumstances.

How to Initiate a Return:
Text or email us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos may be requested to confirm eligibility. For non-defective items, please reach out before initiating a return.
